  Worst customer centricity! Bridesmaids forget it - you are at the bottom of the pile! No appointments on a Saturday as they can sell more expensive proms dresses on that day. Don't try to accommodate you or your party of bridesmaids travelling to the store from various places even for a large order.... Go somewhere else Ladies, if you want your maids to feel special ..... also the prices are no less here. Words fail me!

  Amazing place and staff so helpful I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. I would definitely recommend this place to any bride to be the whole experience was lovely :-)

  Recently bought my wedding dress from here. Caroline was very helpful and patient with me. They have a huge selection of dresses and know their dresses very well. Caroline gave me ideas of how to make the dress fit when too small and gave me an extra panel and lace to have a modesty panel which was really kind of her. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the dresses are all in bags and not in a very clear order which makes it quite difficult to see, however the staff are very professional and know the dresses well so once you know what style you like they will do the searching for you.
