  2 hours spent trying to contact by telephone to no avail. They do not answer the telephone. Resulted in an 80 mile round trip to try and resolve a mobile phone purchase made by an 90 year old lady. This lady wanted a Pay as you go phone but was sold a contract phone. Despite being told by EE customer services that a contract taken out in store could be cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period was at the discretion of the store manager. In this case the store manager was not willing to help our even consider any changes with this purchase.
