I will not use this shop again. I have lost confidence in the staff and in O2. It has taken almost 4 months of phone calls, on-line gurus, visiting the store and logging a complaint with O2 before a device that I did not receive was cleared from my account. It was an error by a member of staff and should have been sorted by the shop. Very poor. I had to put one star to be able to post this review.
