I would say 0 stars but you cant, bought my car just over a year ago from a different rmb branch bought the gold warrenty (2years) and asked if I could take my car to any rmb answer was yes. My heat shield was loose so I thought lets take it to the garage (I'm not good with cars) advised when I booked it in its under warranty and my name. Collected my car today they have charged me to *temporarily* fix it and all my details are my mums deatails even my name apparently... not happy at all, however spoke to the rmb I bought my car from and they were very apologetic and changed my details there and then... MY car is MINE I pay everything for it
