  Switched to Simon Bailes Peugeot and some very poor service from my nearest Citroën dealership. SBP may be a Peugeot garage but they are an authorised Citroën Service Centre. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and understanding (I am disabled). The service team have always listened to me when trying to describe any concerns and been willing to work with me when any problems have occurred. Perhaps it's because the company as a whole isn't part of a massive, faceless group, but there is a definite impression that the customer is at the centre rather than how much money can be squeezed.
